Professional Biography

Sharon provides and coordinates a wide-range of conflict resolution services and builds this profession through the mentorship of others.  A consummate professional, trainer, and mentor in the field, she has established two companies, an association, has coordinated notable service programs, and participated in the success of several organizations and associations in the field of dispute resolution. 

With an interest in peace and resolution studies and their contributions to successful resolution, Sharon has been an avid contributor throughout her career. Often provocative toward deeper thinking, she helps individuals consider the real impacts of what is happening in order to consider a resolution. 

Sharon has a passion for resolving conflicts and creating peace through deeper awareness of self and others. 

Personal Information

Sharon and her husband Dean Seidler relocated to Manhappiness in January of 2017 to build a successful and warm lifestyle amidst this growing city. As members of their new community, they have participated in many activities and enjoy meeting the great people of Manhattan and surrounding communities.

Sharon and Dean enjoy traveling in their empty nesting days and look forward to reconnecting with friends and family through social media, the telephone, and occasional visits.

Days and evenings are busy here in Manhattan, KS and this couple looks forward to contributing to its vitality, prosperity, and sustainability.

Sharon is tickled purple to be a part of the K-State Family. Believing wholeheartedly in the Principles of Community, she will strive to contribute to a positive spirit that affirms learning and growth for all members of the community through dignity, diversity, civility, integrity, engagement, and in recognizing the value of each individual among us.
