World of Wines

The Department of Hospitality Management, located in the College of Health and Human Sciences, will present their second World of Wines event series September 26 and 28.

This year will feature two events which will be led by Certified Sommelier, Cristina Milostan.

A wine and cheese tasting workshop will take place at 6:30 p.m. in Hoffman Lounge, Justin Hall. Milostan will guide guests into proper pairings and wine etiquette. Tickets are $30 for the public and $20 for students.

September 28 will be Cava and Small Bites. This event will look at pairing sparkling wines paired with a variety of hor d’oeurves. The event will be hosted in Hoffman Lounge, Justin Hall and begin at 11:30 a.m. Tickets for this event are also $30 for the public and $20 for students.

Tickets are available at www.k-state.com/worldofwines or by phone at 785-532-3360. Seating is limited for both events. Guests must be 21 or older to attend. Parking is available on campus for free after 5 p.m. and on weekends.
