Heather is a 2006 graduate from the interior design program at Kansas State University. She began her career as an interior designer at Health Facilities Group in Wichita, KS where she spent 7 years designing & managing a variety of healthcare projects. Projects ranged from large scale replacement hospitals to skilled care facilities. Heather also worked for the Blythe Group in Grand Junction, CO where she gained experience in corporate, education, & hospitality design.
After 9 years as an interior designer she accepted a position with Kansas State University as the Assistant Director of Campus Planning & Space Management. Her current role allows her to focus on space planning which is an area of design that she particularly enjoys. Heather's responsibilities include: managing the space allocations for the University, collecting & maintaining space data, project management coordination, and space planning for future needs.
