Senior Project Manager
Current Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of all projects with ultimate responsibility for seeing the projects through from inception to closeout. Currently managing ten projects of varying scope totaling approx. 500,000SF with a budget of approx. 25MM. Four projects are classified as critical and require an added layer of detail and reporting. The critical projects are part of the overall Southern California Strategy and I assisted in the development of assumptions and risks on given scopes, developed schedules and budgets on multiple scenarios to aid executives in decision making. On-going responsibilities on non-critical projects include identification of risk issues and proactively identifying, reporting, and mitigating all issues. Management of my capital budgets and continued budget adjustments to hit end of year targets. Coordination of all projects, tasks, schedules, RFP's, Contracts, Submittals, Change requests, invoicing, etc. and mitigation of any project issues. Detailed record keeping to ensure KPI targets are met, to include cost saves and targeted spend amounts. Demonstration of daily passion for my work and integrity in servicing my client. I strive to be a high contributor to my team and to be seen as a leader within JLL.
Experience: Experience in both renovation and infrastructure projects. Accomplished and self-motivated professional with nearly 20 years of occupancy planning, workplace strategy, and project management experience in interior building and infrastructure renovations, client strategy discussions, and allocation and occupancy planning recommendations. Possess excellent verbal, written, web-based meetings, and graphic presentation skills. Have gained invaluable experience as a business owner, managing a staff of 30 employees; resolving complex problems and situations; driving both locations to be ranked as top producers nationwide; and handling all aspects of build out, marketing, sales, and service excellence. Experienced in project management including design development, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management. Able to define, communicate, and work as a tea m leader and team player as well as independently, analyzing situations and developing strategic solutions that are consistently on time and on budget while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels of any organization.
