Hospitality management now accepting orders for bierocks

Tuesday, March 19, 2019

The hospitality management club will sell bierocks during the upcoming All-University Open House on April 6 at Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering, Hoffman Lounge, Justin Hall. Bierocks are German stuffed rolls that are very popular in Kansas and nearby states.

Pre-ordered bierocks are available and will be available for pick-up from 3:30 until 5:30 pm on Friday, April 5 and on Saturday, April 6 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.  To pre-order frozen beirocks to take home, please compete the pre-order form, which indicates how many you would like and your approximate pick-up time.

Fresh, hot beirocks, fries, and beverages will be available for purchase from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., or while supplies last during open house.

Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering is a student operated teaching lab where students, staff and the public can enjoy fresh prepared items for lunch from 11:00 through 1:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Students gain transformational education experiences while planning, preparing and managing the operation.
