Wednesday, November 13, 2019

The School of Family Studies and Human Services, located in the College of Health and Human Sciences, will begin to offer a graduate certificate in Human Services Administration in the spring 2020 semester.

This 12-hour certificate is a great option for students looking to gain skills and competencies needed to develop, implement, evaluate, and administer programs designed to enhance family and relationship health and well-being within non-profit or public settings. Course topics include: grant development and management; family policy; program development and administration; and program evaluation in human services.

This certificate program is intended to meet the needs of individuals who seek introductory graduate training as well as those who have already earned a graduate degree, but who would benefit from academic study of human services administration in their current profession. All courses for the graduate certificate in human services administration are available both in person as well as online through K-State Global Campus.

Students interested in the certificate should apply through the K-State Graduate School for the on-campus courses or through K-State Global Campus for the online program.
