Part-Day Early Childhood Lab Program

StudentsOf the six classrooms at Hoeflin Stone House, two comprise a part-day, part-year inclusive preschool program called the Early Childhood Lab. A total of 48 children (aged three to five years) may be enrolled in the Early Childhood Lab program.

This program operates from August through May in 3 hour sessions, 8:30-11:30 a.m. or 12:30-3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

The lead teachers hold bachelor's degrees and licensure in early childhood unified (birth through kindergarten). Ancillary classroom staff include graduate and undergraduate students majoring in early childhood education or related programs. As possible, the groups are balanced by sex and age of the children. Within these guidelines, children are accepted by date of application.
