Farm To Fashion Camp

The Farm to Fashion Camp offers middle and high school students an immersive exploration of the sheep and wool industries through a highly engaging, hands-on learning experience. Over the course of four days, participants discover the journey of wool from farm to finished product while gaining an appreciation for the science, art, and innovation behind natural fibers.

Students actively participate in every stage of the fiber-to-fashion process, including sheep and wool education, fiber preparation, spinning, natural and synthetic dyeing, weaving, and fashion design. Through interactive workshops and creative projects, campers develop new skills, explore potential career pathways within agriculture and apparel industries, and gain a deeper understanding of how raw agricultural products are transformed into wearable works of art.

Where

Kansas State University Manhattan Campus. Please note that overnight accommodations are not provided.

Who

Middle and high school students entering 7th grade or higher.

Cost

$100.00 per camper. Campers are responsible for their own lodging (if applicable) and food.
