About the Redesign Summit

This years Summit is a reimagined looked as we encourage our alumni to make their way back to K-State. We will offer several CE opportunities, but on a much smaller scale then past events, and provide our guest with the opportunity to connect with our personal financial planning students in the range of networking and panel activities, as well as experiences on our campus.

CE Reporting

At the completion of the conference, participants will have earned 4 hours of CE approved by CFP Board and AFCPE.

CE reporting requirement and process

Attendance for the duration each session is necessary to obtain CE credit. No partial credit will be awarded.

The ethics course counts for 2 credits. This course also serves your CFP ethics requirement.

CFP® Certification

Registrants attending all conference sessions will earn 12 CE hours. Event hosts will report your CE to CFP Board within 10 business days of event completion. You can verify that credit has been received by checking your CFP Board account.

If your CE reporting deadline is approaching, you may self-report attendance through your CFP Board account.

AFCPE

Completion of the conference awards you 12 credit hours of CE for AFCPE. To submit CEUs to AFCPE please go to my.afcpe.org and log in. Once there, go about halfway down the page to your certification and click on "View" to the far right. At the bottom right of your CEU listings is a dark blue "Add CEU" button — click on that to access the CEU form. You will receive completion code phrases at the end of the conference that will need to be added into the AFCPE system. Once you complete the form, your CEU request will be processed within 5 business days.

Accommodations

For your comfort and convenience, a limited number of discounted hotel reservations will be available for summit attendees at both the Bluemont Hotel and the Courtyard by Marriot just down the street from campus. Discounted reservations through the hotel block are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The block is set to allow check in on April 10 and check out for April 12. These dates can be modified for check out to be April 11, but for those interested in attending the Saturday All-University Open House, check-out for April12 is available. This discounted rate ends April 1.

Online Reservations:

Go to The Bluemont Hotel.
Select on the Book Online option at the top of the page.
Select your Check-In and Check-Out dates. (*You must input the dates before the promo code.)
Below the dates, select, "Have a promo code?" and enter "b404657" and click Apply Code. (**Case sensitive, use a lowercase letter b.)
