Accelerated Programs

The School of Consumer Sciences offers several accelerated programs. You can complete any of our accelerated degree programs in just 5 years! Program admission typically requires completion of 75 hours in the bachelor program and a 3.0 GPA. Be sure to see the catalog links below that provide specific details for admission.

Fashion Studies

Undergraduate students interested in this program must apply for early admission to the graduate program and will be able to apply a maximum of nine graduate credit hours from the MS Fashion Studies degree toward the BS degree program.

 

Hospitality Management

This accelerated (4+1) program allows students to receive a traditional finance education, studying capital markets, time value of money, investments, and more, while also completing the Personal Financial Planning Master's degree in one year. This prepares them to sit for the CFP® exam and gain expertise in financial planning.
