Hospitality Management Internship Requirement

HM 475 is a structured internship experience in the hospitality industry. This internship requires 400 hours of industry-related experience. As a result of this course, students will:

    • Increase their understanding of one specific segment of the hospitality business
    • Assist the sponsoring organization with in-house projects
    • Gather data and analyze information

Students are asked not to enroll in any other courses while they complete this experience.
