Lacy’s Fresh Fare and Catering
Located in the heart of Justin Hall, Lacy’s Fresh Fare and Catering is a unique, student-run dining experience operated by the Events and Hospitality Management program at Kansas State University.
Students enrolled in HM 351: Commercial Food Production Management oversee daily restaurant operations, while HM 465: Catering and Banquet Management students manage catering services. This hands-on approach allows students to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting while serving the campus and the surrounding community.
Established in Spring 2018 through a generous donation from Cathy and Steve Lacy, Lacy’s has been a hub for affordable lunches, delicious treats, and community-focused events ever since.
