Sensory Analysis and Consumer Behavior emphasis

Sensory Analysis & Consumer Behavior emphasizes issues affecting eating and other consumer product behaviors, and understanding methods for evaluating products from a sensory perspective.

Students will integrate food science, physiology, psychology, business, and statistics to help provide insight into consumers' needs and wants for products, services, and information that enhances their lives.
