Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. K-State conducts a rolling admissions process, in which interviews are scheduled and conducted for selected applicants with CASPA verified and completed applications. The program will make admission decisions and notify applicants two weeks after the interview. Applicants are encouraged to apply early in the CASPA admissions cycle.
Applications open through CASPA in late April for the class matriculating the following January. We encourage applicants to complete their application as soon as possible to facilitate faculty review.
Our intent is for the PA program website, FAQ section, class and tour and information sessions(see below) to assist applicants in completing the CASPA and the program’s supplemental application. Unfortunately, due to the volume of applicants, PA faculty are unable to meet individually with all applicants. The information sessions offer an excellent opportunity for applicants to interact with faculty and learn more about the profession. If you have used all of the resources and continue to need assistance, we recommend sending an e-mail to the admissions team at paadm@ksu.edu, Please allow five business days for us to reply. If you don’t receive an e-mail response after that time, then resend the e-mail.
