Professional Mentoring Program

The College of Health and Human Sciences Professional Mentoring Program provides students with the opportunity to learn from highly successful and experienced professionals in their field. We are fortunate in the College of Health and Human Sciences to have successful and experienced professionals who volunteer their time to mentor students.

How It Works

  • Apply to be a Mentee or Mentor at WildcatLink!
  • Mentoring pairs are matched based on field, major, location, and interests
  • Pairs are matched for one full year with the option to continue the current pairing

MENTEE Requirements

MENTEE Guide (pdf)

  • Be a sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student in good academic standing
  • Have at least two semesters remaining prior to completing your degree
  • Commit at least one hour each month to the mentoring relationship

MENTOR Requirements

MENTOR Guide (pdf)

  • Be a professional in your field for at least one year
  • Provide professional development and career information with your mentee
  • Commit at least one hour each month to the mentoring relationship
