Add/Drop an HHS Minor or Certificate

You can add or drop any HHS minors or certificates electronically by using the form below. This process may take a few days. You should recieve email confirmation that your request has been submitted within three days. If you do not see any changes in KSIS within three weeks of submission, or you do not recieve your initial email confirmation, please contact Ms. Alaniz in the Dean's office, 119 Justin Hall.
