Although the schedule is currently in place, revisions may be necessary as the event nears and attendance figures become more definitive.

Tuesday, October 13

12:00-5:00 P.M. - Advisory Board Meeting

5:00-7:00 P.M. - After-Hours Networking Event

Location: Kite's Bar and Grill (615 N 12th St., Manhattan, KS 66502)

Participating firms, local alumni, and our Juniors and Seniors have the opportunity to join us at the After-Hours Event, where connections can be made and conversations can be had in a less structured, more informal setting prior to the October 14 main event.

 

Wednesday, October 14

Location: K-State Student Union; 2nd Floor Ballroom & Adjacent Rooms

7:15-8:20 A.M. - Check-In/Setup

*Grab-&-Go Breakfast for participating firms will be provided.

8:15-8:30 A.M. - Announcements

8:30-11:30 A.M. - Morning Session

*Depending on student numbers and designated room, the end time may vary (11:30-11:45 A.M.). Day-of schedules will be provided with a more concrete session end time.

11:30 A.M.-1:00 P.M. - Lunch

1:00-4:30 P.M. - Afternoon Session

*Depending on student numbers and designated room, the end time may vary (4:00-4:30 P.M.). Day-of schedules will be provided with a more concrete session end time.

~4:30 P.M. - Conclusion & Clean-Up
