Gayla has been a practitioner, teacher and advocator of family and consumer sciences education for over 37 years. She was as a grade 7-12 classroom FCS teacher and FCCLA adviser for 20 years.
Gayla Randel, 2022 Distinguished Service Award Recipient
A co-director of the Edmonton Transitions Study (ETS), a longitudinal study of more than 900 individuals. He also works with data from the German Family Panel (pairfam) study, the largest study of families in the world.
