July 13-17, 2025
The Financial Planning Summer Institute is a 5-day, 4-night immersive experience designed for incoming (2025-2026) high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in careers in financial planning and adjacent business disciplines. Campers will gather on our beautiful campus to develop personal and professional skills in financial planning.
As part of the program, participants will meet with other high school students interested in careers in financial planning, K-State faculty, alumni and industry partners, and current K-State students. The Institute will instill new and expanded skills in budgeting/saving, future planning, investments, sales, management, and entrepreneurial exploration, as well as an understanding of the opportunities and careers associated with an education in financial planning.
Our campers will live in one of several dorm options on campus, eat in our dining halls, experience classrooms, study areas around campus, as well as participate in fun team-building activities, and see what all that K-State has to offer!
