Kristen works with student legal services, and is a financial aid counselor for first-generation, low-income and disabled college students. She also teaches student success classes and assists in teaching two upper division finance courses.

Lloyd owned and operated the Zimmerman Funeral Home in Howard, Kansas until 2010. He has also served as a member of the Howard State Bank board of directors and weekly loan committee since 1981.

Research Interests: Personal financial wellness for rural families, personal financial planning education for children, and assessment of strategies in asset allocation
