Interior Designer

Emily is a 2003 graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. After graduation, Emily began her career in Topeka, Kansas at a Commercial Furnishings and Interior Design Firm, BA Designs, LLC. She has been a member of the BA Designs team since 2004 as a Project Manager for a vast array of commercial design and furnishings projects.

This diversity in product knowledge and project experience has created opportunities in the Governmental sector, Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial design, and the Private sector.

Emily’s responsibilities include programming, space planning, design drawings, material and finish specifications, product procurement, and overall project management. She received her NCIDQ® certification in 2009.

During the 2011-2012 Fall and Spring semester, Emily served as an Adjunct Professor at Kansas State University for 2nd year Interior Design Studio Courses. Currently, Emily is a member of the Kansas State University Interior Design Advisory Board.

When Emily is not at work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as coaching her children in youth sports.
