After graduating in 2013, Will Fisher began his career at Compass Design + Build in Overland Park, Kansas. Working for an architect who is also a contractor, Will has gained a wealth of knowledge in renovation projects ranging from residential to commercial. In March of 2015, Will obtained a new position at a small boutique firm called Clockwork Architecture + Design in Kansas City. As a designer at Clockwork, Will works directly with an architect and has worked on a variety of projects, including a multifamily unit and small office design.

Since moving to a commercial firm, Will has adjusted to the fast-paced environment and enjoys designing for unique projects. As he continues in the workforce, he plans to apply the skills he has learned while in school and throughout his career toward other entrepreneurial opportunities.
