Kelley graduated from Texas Tech University in 2013 with a B.S. in Retail Management. After graduation, Kelley started her career at Dillard's Inc. — working in both sales management and buying.

Kelley is currently a Senior Buyer with the Dallas Cowboys. As a Senior Buyer, Kelley oversees financial planning, product flow, marketing, and visual merchandising of the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops.
