Monica works for The Woolmark Company as a business development manager for the Sports & Performance category. Prior to Woolmark, Monica worked in South Africa as the international brand development manager for Core Merino and in New Zealand as a strategic project manager for the New Zealand Merino Company.

Monica graduated from Kansas State University in 2013 with a B.S. in Apparel and Textiles, with specializations in Apparel Marketing and Apparel Design and Production. She also has a M.S. degree in Animal Sciences from Angelo State University.
