Renee is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for the designer wedding gowns brand, Essense of Australia, and has been since 2013.

Renee has a B.S. degree in Apparel and Textiles, with a specialization in Apparel Marketing from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of Kansas. She has many years of Human Resource Management experience in a variety of industries beyond fashion, including insurance and transportation. Within Essense of Australia, Renee is involved in talent strategy, compliance, global integration, and best practices across all employee groups.
