After graduating from K-State's Interior Design Program in 2013, Will worked in different KC Metro firms to gain a variety of experiences with different project types and firm structures. Now at Hollis and Miller, his skill in communication and collaboration are the key to building a sucessful team. An increased use of digital technologies during the pandemic has enhanced the workflow and collaboration Will has with clients and integrated building design team. His priority is to see the client's needs and values are met by the design team.
