Functional Fitness and Mobility


What is it?

Functional Fitness and Mobility (FFM) is a lower-intensity training class where learning and mastering technique and form is the emphasis rather than trying to achieve the fastest time or heaviest lift. This class is designed to focus on personal achievements in a non-competitive environment.

Functional Fitness and Mobility activityEach session will include a strength or skill component, a short workout, and mobility exercises, emphasizing the importance of stretching and recovery. Classes are small with more personal attention; limited to 8 people.

Is FFM for me?

Yes! FFM is open to anyone of any ability who is at least 18 years of age. This class is perfect for the beginner who may feel intimidated to join a larger group class, someone with a minor or chronic injury who could use some mobility work, or for athletes who want to improve their skills and mobility.

Cost: $52 per month for 2 days/week
