Programs For Workplace Solutions
Who We Are
Programs for Workplace Solutions' mission is to help organizations positively affect their culture through continuous evaluation, strategic planning and implementation practices. We collaborate with our contracting partners to share ideas and insights - finding the best possible solutions to address workplace challenges. A few of our primary partners include the Kansas Department of Children and Families, Kansas Department of Commerce and the Kansas Board of Regents.
What We Do
We provide organizational development for our partners, with the overarching goal to support teams through improved capacity building, problem solving and future change. We incorporate concepts from Gallup such as CliftonStrengths and "Wellbeing the Five Essential Elements," to guide organizational development strategies with teams. We also coordinate two of the state's Child Abuse and Prevention Treatment Acts (CAPTA) Citizen Review Panels, and host an annual conference for child welfare professionals.
