After earning a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textiles with a specialization in Marketing, Carly Rahmeier began her career in retail with a strong focus on brand storytelling, visual strategy, and customer experience. She held in-store leadership roles as a Visual Manager for Anthropologie and Madewell, where she developed a keen eye for merchandising and creative execution.

Carly continued her career in New York City, working in the bridal division for Anthropologie Weddings and later transitioning into Public Relations for the Anthropologie brand. Her work across both consumer-facing and corporate environments deepened her understanding of brand identity, communication, and market presence.

She went on to serve as Store Manager for Free People in Kansas City, followed by a role as Selling and Service Manager at the Free People headquarters in Philadelphia. Carly later relocated to Los Angeles, where she took on expanded leadership responsibilities as a Multi Store Manager, Selling Lead, and New Store Operations Lead for Free People.

In addition to her leadership roles, Carly has built a strong presence as a UGC content creator, collaborating with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands to produce authentic, performance-driven content rooted in storytelling and community connection. She also works as a curve model, using her platform to champion inclusivity and representation within the fashion industry.

Currently, Carly manages both the Free People Silver Lake location and FP Movement in Glendale, California, where she continues to lead high-performing teams, drive brand growth, and create meaningful, community-centered retail experiences.
